PM-UDAY Scheme addresses the issue of lack of ownership/mortgage/transfer rights to the residents of unauthorised colonies. It also looks at the benefits by development and redevelopment by conferring rights to the residents of unauthorised colonies in Delhi.

  • Construction proof prior to January 1, 2015 (in case the property falling on government land).

Document required for BUILDING REGULARISATION

  • Copy of conveyance deed / Authorisation slip,
  • Building map plan prepared by approved MCD Architect ,
  • Building plan signed by MCD approved structure Engineer ,
  • Payment of permit fee @Rs.10 per sqft. of total carpet area.
