PM-UDAY Scheme addresses the issue of lack of ownership/mortgage/transfer rights to the residents of unauthorised colonies. It also looks at the benefits by development and redevelopment by conferring rights to the residents of unauthorised colonies in Delhi.

- Residents can avail loans from banks, or financial institutions against their properties.
- Residents can get building plans approved.
Document required for PM UDAY Conveyance deed / Authorisation slip
- Registered sale deed/registered gift deed/latest set of general Power of Attorney, agreement to sell, payment receipt, and possession proof.
- Construction proof prior to January 1, 2015 (in case the property falling on government land).
- Electricity bill(s)
- Photograph of property
- Photograph of the applicant
- Signature of applicant(s) on a blank paper
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card

Document required for BUILDING REGULARISATION
- Copy of conveyance deed / Authorisation slip,
- Building map plan prepared by approved MCD Architect ,
- Building plan signed by MCD approved structure Engineer ,
- Payment of permit fee @Rs.10 per sqft. of total carpet area.
